Something very serious #wrong has happened.  I write this address to you
 trying to calm down today from an entire day of being in a state of 
panic.  I am an American Citizen 52 on Disability from HIV/AIDS and 
MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES since Dec 2000.  My interface to social services 
seriously has been compromised to a state of lack of #SocailTrust in 
everything great about this nation of the United States of America.  You
 see, if I do not find a resolution to what is my plight from hate, 
there is only but a road pathway of suicide here in this country under 
the guise that my story is never put into a corrective adaptive course 
correction change.  Yes, it is that serious.  It is either suicide or, 
as my interface to Enable@un.org [ relating to the United Nations 
Convention to enable rights for persons with disabilities ], I need to 
change my United States Citizenry to some other country that does not 
allow the haters to win.  And win they have without being held to 
account for what has happened.

I don't know to stress more this level of how important is it that this 
letter not get ignored!!!! I NEED HELP IN A LEADERSHIP [ STRONG COUNSELS
 ]  ROLE that DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE, IGNORE ME AND DISMISS WHAT STORY I 
HAVE TO TELL!

I can't breath normally --- I am in a state of panic --- altered today 
that no one cares about what I have to address in these issues.  This 
story very much real.
